Plixlab is a computational medium for interactive storytelling. It lets you create presentations with live code execution, 3D models, dynamic charts, molecular structures, and an MCP connector for your own AI assistant — all in one place.
Plixlab supports a wide range of interactive content:
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Plixlab as a connector (MCP). Your assistant can then create slides, write and run code cells, lay out elements, and read your current presentation, all from your own subscription. Plixlab has no built-in chat.
Yes. The Free plan includes everything you need to build computable presentations — the full canvas, code execution in your browser, and the AI connector. The Pro plan unlocks higher limits and cloud compute. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
There are two plans:
One compute hour is one CPU core for one hour, with up to 4 GB of memory per run. On Cloud-GPU, one hour of the GPU (an NVIDIA L4) uses 15.4 compute hours. The time counted is the time the machine is on for your run: starting up, running, and the time it stays ready after the last run (1 minute). Hours are used only by cells that run on the Cloud-CPU and Cloud-GPU environments and reset monthly, with no rollover. Cells that run in your browser are free.
An MCP call is one action your AI assistant takes in Plixlab through the connector, reading included; a call that fails is not counted. Calls reset monthly, with no rollover.

Yes, on every plan: turn sharing on and send the link. Whoever opens it signs in (or signs up) and the presentation joins their list, read-only. Turning sharing off, or making a new link, removes everyone's access.
Yes. When viewing a shared presentation, you can import it into your own account as a fully independent copy. All resources (images, models, datasets, code cells) are duplicated so your copy has no dependency on the original.
Yes. Python runs via Pyodide (a WebAssembly build of CPython) entirely in your browser. No server-side execution is involved, so your code and data stay on your machine.
All connections use HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Clerk with industry-standard security. Files are stored in Convex's managed storage. Code execution happens entirely in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can delete individual presentations and their data at any time from the app. To delete your entire account, open your account menu in the app, choose Manage account → Security → Delete account. All of your data — presentations, pipelines, datasets, and uploaded files — is removed automatically. If you run into any trouble, contact us at contact@plixlab.com.
